  1. To install VBEVENTS, do the following:
  2.     1.  Create a directory named VBEVENTS
  3.     2.  Copy the following files into the VBEVENTS directory:
  4.         a.  VBEVENTS.EXE
  5.         b.  VBEVENTS.HLP
  6.         c.  README.NOW
  7. For a printed copy of the various test case instructions, start the 
  8. VBEVENTS.HLP file when the program is running via the Help menu "Online Help"
  9. item.  Once in the Windows Help System file for VBEVENTS, you can print any
  10. topic via the File menu "Print" item.
