  7. NiftoMeter is a custom control designed to work with Visual Basic to
  8. provide a little visual feedback to your users during lengthy operations.

  10. Installation

  13. Copy NIFTOMET.VBX and NIFTOMET.HLP to your WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory
  14. (or wherever you keep your VBX files normally).

  16. Usage

  19. Open a project or create a new one in Visual Basic.  From the File menu
  20. select Add File and select NIFTOMET.VBX.  This should add a new button to
  21. your Visual Basic toolbar.  Place a NiftoMeter as you would any other
  22. Visual Basic control.  If you press F1 while a NiftoMeter is selected you
  23. will either get help on the currently hilighted property or the table of
  24. contents if no property is highlighted.
