  22. -- Abstract     :  This generic package creates a Prioritized
  23. ----------------:  Queue of objects. The Queue is First-In,

  26. ----------------:  The priority may be any discrete type.
  27. ----------------:  It is assumed that the priorities are from
  28. ----------------:  lowest to highest.  The type of data structure
  29. ----------------:  to be instantiated for the queue may be any
  30. ----------------:  type having assignment and equality.  Other
  31. ----------------:  types may be enqueued by using access types.
  32. ----------------:  (i.e. Access variable pointing to a task.)
  33. ----------------:  The space for the Queue is allocated dynamically
  34. ----------------:  with garbage collection left up to the target
