  48. ERwin 3.5 is available in 32-bit only. ERwin 3.51, available
  49. soon, will include a 16-bit version of ERwin. Please contact
  50. your customer service representative if you want to purchase
  51. the 16-bit version of ERwin.

  57. ERwin 3.5 is compatible with ModelMart 3.0.

  60. 2. Version Upgrade
  61. ----------------------------------------------------------- 
  62. Before You Install -- If you are upgrading from a previous
  63. version of ERwin, decide whether you want to keep a copy
  64. of the previous version of ERwin on your workstation. 
  65. If you do want to keep both ERwin 3.5 and the previous
  66. version, when you install:

  68. * Accept the default installation directory, which is:
  69.   C:\Program Files\Logic Works\ERwin 3.5, or
  70.  
  71. * Specify another unique directory path for the
  72.   new version.

  77. If you are using DB2/MVS, the initial connection to the 
  78. DBMS using ODBC may take a few hours. This is because the
  79. initial connection requires that DB2/MVS binds the ODBC
  80. device as a part of connection. Subsequent connections
  81. should take only a few minutes.

  88.    BPsyncER item in the Logic Works ERwin ERX 3.5 program

  126. ModelMart features have been updated, which means the 
  127. Workgroup Modeling Guide is now out of date. See Chapter
  128. 10 of the ERwin 3.5 Release Notes for information about how
  129. to use ERwin 3.5 with ModelMart 3.0, the most current version
  130. of ModelMart. This information is also available in ERwin

  140.    step-by-step instructions for creating a sample
  141.    model. The tutorial is available only for the 32-bit
  142.    version of ERwin.

  145.    click "What's New in ERwin 3.5" for a list of
  146.    all the new features. You can also search the contents,
  147.    topics, or index for features of interest.
