  1. JProxy Server 1.1.0 feature-limited evaluation edition - License agreement

  3. 1. Purpose of this license
  4. -----------------------------------------------------------------------------
  5. This agreement is a contract between you, either an individual or the legal 
  6. representative of an organization, and JProxy
  7.  
  8. YOU MUST IMPERATIVELY ACCEPT ALL THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT PRIOR TO INSTALL 
  9. AND USE THE SOFTWARE.

  11. If, for any reason, some of the terms of this agreement cannot apply to you (for 
  12. example due to your local regulations), then you are NOT authorized to use the 
  13. software. In order to, you must send a written request to JProxy asking for a 
  14. specific agreement.

  16. 2. Use of the software conditions
  17. -----------------------------------------------------------------------------
  18. Upon your acceptance of this agreement, JProxy grants you a non-exclusive 
  19. license to use the software in the following conditions:

  21. The license to use the software is free.
  22.  
  23. You cannot perform reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software in 
  24. order to discover or reconstruct its source code.
  25.  
  26. The license grants you rights for personal use of the software, or if you are an 
  27. individual for professional use.
  28.  
  29. Commercial and non-profit making organizations may use the software for 
  30. evaluation purposes only.
  31.  
  32. This software is the sole property of JProxy. This license agreement is a simple 
  33. right to use the software granted to you by JProxy, no title to or ownership of 
  34. the software being hereby transferred.

  36. The license grants you full rights to use, to modify or redistribute the source 
  37. code for examples.

  39. If you do not agree with these conditions then you have to either fully 
  40. uninstall the software and not use it anymore, or obtain the required number of 
  41. permanent licenses of the software.

  43. 3. Warranties

  45. The software is provided to you AS IS, without any warranty of any kind, either 
  46. express or implied, including but not limited to: performance, results accuracy, 
  47. or fitness for a particular purpose.

  50. 4. Limitation of liability

  52. JPROXY MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES ABOUT THE SUITABILITY OF THE 
  53. LICENSED SOFTWARE, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE 
  54. IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-
  55. INFRINGEMENT. JPROXY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES SUFFERED BY LICENSEE AS 
  56. A RESULT OF USING, MODIFYING OR DISTRIBUTING THE LICENSED SOFTWARE OR ITS 
  57. DERIVATIVES. THE LICENSED SOFTWARE IS NOT DESIGNED FOR USE IN HIGH RISK 
  58. ACTIVITIES REQUIRING FAIL-SAFE PERFORMANCE. JPROXY DISCLAIMS ANY EXPRESS OR 
  59. IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR HIGH RISK ACTIVITIES.
