-
- ----------------
-
- Thanks go to the hard working folks at Microsoft. Thank you BobL,
- PaulT and MikeM for your continuing efforts.
-
- Notebook can open files to the limits of available memory. This
- version limits the edit control to 40 kilobytes. Therefore response to
- keyboard input stays constant and not slowed by ponderous memory movement of
- a huge EC. For now the vertical scroll bar range is limited to this edit
- control size. To travel to the next or previous section of a document press
- an enabled menu bar push button or type Ctrl+PgUp or Ctrl+PgDn. Work will
- continue to eliminate the vertical scroll segmentation.
-
- Notebook.exe is bundled with a help file called notebook.hlp,
- several useful icon files including one for black and white displays called
- notebkbw.ico, and this file called noteinfo. This is Notebook NT compiled
- and assembled with March BETA SDK.
