  7.    Thank you for trying M-Edit. To begin using M-Edit, copy these files:

  9. MEDIT.EXE
  10. EMBH.DLL
  11. CTL3D32.DLL
  12. MEDIT.HLP
  13.  
  14. to your Windows directory, SDK tools directory or someplace Windows can find
  15. the program and all it's parts. Install M-Edit in the Program Manager in the
  16. usual method, double-click and away you go. Select online help from the "Help"
  17. menu item for more information.

  19.    M-Edit is not public domain, but may be freely distributed with no charge
  20. from the author. This version is intended to be run on the March release of
  21. Windows NT/Win32 on Intel x86 machines. There are no guarentees it will run on
  22. past or future versions as-is. In using the software, the user agrees to
  23. indemnify and hold harmless the author and software from any damages incurred,
  24. whether real or imagined. No guarentees are given or implied the software will
  25. run under any circumstance an/or on any machine.
