  1. The Charlie Data Manager is a (set of) program(s) that lets you construct and 
  2. manage Access-Databases. With the program you can freely (re-)construct a database,
  3. create/delete and modify Table, Indexes, Fields, relations and Query's.

  5. You habe have tools to calculate the performance of your Db, print it's dictionary,
  6. manage detailed field / table descriptions, etc. etc.

  8. With it's SQL-feature you can create and test your query's interactive. You can 
  9. then print the results, or show them on screen. These query's can than be 
  10. incorporated in a runtime module which allows user's to access the database, 
  11. and extract information of it.

  13. The files in this archive comprise release 2.70 of the Charlie data manager
  14.  
  15. This is just a interim releases which fixes a lot of bugs, the new realease
  16. 3.0 is due in August this year(1994)- We hope :-)
  17. In 52, we center windows to be able to handle VGA screens.
