  3. ABOUT THIS PROGRAM:

  5.     WinLOCK is a simple windows secutity system. 
  6.     It will allow a single digit password. Once 
  7.     locked all windows functions are frozen except 
  8.     for the passletter window.  The only way to exit 
  9.     (other than the correct password) is by rebooting 
  10.     the system.  For full security, try a system password 
  11.     at the boot level, check your CMOS setup, most have
  12.     password capability.
