  2. This is a DLL I wrote in order to gain some needed functionality
  3. in Visual Basic.  This DLL will allow you to read, write, and delete
  4. Dos volume labels, in addition it will allow you to get file and disk
  5. information such as total disk space, available disk space, file date, 
  6. file time, size of file, and has a conversion routine to get plain
  7. english dates and times out of those returned by the dll.

  9. All calling conventions are in comments in the source code (labeldll.pas)
  10.  
  11. This DLL is freeware, feel free to modify, and distribute at will
  12. giving credit where credit is due.

  14. The label routines would not have been possible except for a unit writen
