  12. Quick Start:

  15. Open a new project and add VBCTL3D.VBX. Should should notice an immediate 
  16. conversion to 3-D. For more information (if it is needed at all) see the
  17. help file VBCTL3D.HLP

  23. Visual Basic 2.0 or above
  24. Windows 3.1 or above (may also run with Win 3.0, but requires TOOLHELP)

  26. VBCtl3D has also been successfully used under OS/2 2.1 (WINOS2).

  28. The current version does NOT run under Windows/NT 3.1 (WOW).
