  7. INTRODUCTION:

  9. Slide Show is a utility program that makes it easy to find, 
  10. display, and print pictures files.  You can define which 
  11. directories are searched, the file types that are selected,
  12. and which pictures you want to display.  Slide Show's ease
  13. of use and slide presentation makes it fun and easy to find,
  14. view, and print your picture files.

  17. INSTALLATION:
  18.  
  19. To install Slide Show run PKUNZIP against SLIDES.ZIP.  
  20.  
  21. The following files must be installed in the same directory:
  22.  
  23.     SLIDES.EXE    
  24.     SSREAD.TXT     
  25.        SLIDES.HLP  
  26.  
  27. The following files must be installed in your WINDOWS\SYSTEM 
  28. directory: (Check if they may already be there so you do not
  29. overlay them!)

  31.     CMDIALOG.VBX
  32.     THREED.VBX     
  33.     VBINI.VBX
  34.     VBRUN300.DLL
  35.  
  36. Slide Show is written in Visual Basic Ver 3.0.  You will need 
  37. the runtime DLL for Visual Basic: VBRUN300.DLL.  This does not
  38. come with SLIDES.ZIP but can be downloaded from most online 
  39. services.

  41. Then create an icon in Program Manager to run Slide Show.

  44. SLIDE SHOW REGISTRATION FORM:

  46. SLIDE SHOW is Shareware.  You have 30 days to try it out, if
  47. you continue to use it you must buy it.  When you register
  48. you will receive a password that will register your copy of
  49. SLIDE SHOW, turn off the reminder message, turn on the print
  50. function and paths to .ico and .wmf jumps.  You will also
  51. receive support and one free upgrade.
