  19.  SOFTWARE LICENSE 
  20.  
  21.  OXButton is not and has never been public domain software, nor is it free software. 
  22.  
  23.  Non-licensed users are granted a limited license to use OXButton on a 30-day trial basis for the 
  24. purpose of determining whether OXButton is suitable for their needs.  The use of OXButton, except 
  25. for the initial 30-day trial, requires registration.  The use of unlicensed copies of OXButton by any 
  26. person, business, corporation, government agency or any other entity is strictly prohibited. 
  27.  
  28.  A single user license permits a user to use OXButton only on a single computer.  Licensed users 
  29. may use the program on different computers, but may not use the program on more than one 
  30. computer at the same time. Licensed users may also distribute the runtime OXBUTTON.VBX with their completed applications.

  32.  No one may modify or patch the OXButton executable files in any way,  including but not limited 
  33. to decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise reverse engineering the program.

  35.  A limited license is granted to copy and distribute OXButton only for the trial use of others, subject 
  36. to the above limitations, and also the following: 
  37.  
  38.   1)    OXButton must be copied in unmodified form, complete with the file containing this license 
  39. information and only the following OXButton files: OXBUTTON.VBX, OXBUTTON.HLP, OXBTNWIZ.EXE,
  40. ORDER.WRI and README.TXT. You may NOT distribute the OXButton 
  41. registration ID, control numbers or that portion of the WIN.INI file created by OXButton.

  43.   2)    The full machine-readable OXButton documentation must be included with each copy.

  46.   3)    No fee, charge, or other compensation may be requested or accepted, except as 
  47. authorized below:

  49.         A) Operators of electronic bulletin board systems (sysops) may make OXButton available for 
  50. downloading only as long as the above conditions are met.  An overall or time-dependent charge 
  51. for the use of the bulletin board system is permitted as long as there is not a specific charge for 
  52. the download of OXButton. 
  53.  
  54.         B) Vendors of user-supported or shareware software may distribute 
  55. OXButton, subject to the above conditions, without specific permission. Vendors may 
  56. charge a disk duplication and handling fee, which, when pro-rated to the OXButton product, may 
  57. not exceed five dollars. 
  58.  
  59.         C) Non-profit user groups may distribute OXButton, subject to the above conditions, without 
  60. specific permission. Non-profit user groups may charge a disk duplication fee, which, when pro-
  61. rated to the OXButton product, may not exceed five dollars.

  63.   LIMITED WARRANTY 
  64.   EXCEPT AS PROVIDED ABOVE, OPAQUE SOFTWARE DISCLAIMS ALL 
  65.   WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT 
  66.   LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND 
  67.   FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITH RESPECT TO THE 
  68.   PRODUCT.  SHOULD THE PROGRAM PROVE DEFECTIVE, THE 
  69.   PURCHASER ASSUMES THE RISK OF PAYING THE ENTIRE COST OF 
  70.   ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR, OR CORRECTION AND ANY 
  71.   INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.  IN NO EVENT WILL 
  72.   OPAQUE SOFTWARE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER 
  73.   (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF 
  74.   BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS 
  75.   INFORMATION AND THE LIKE) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR THE 
  76.   INABILITY TO USE THIS PRODUCT EVEN IF OPAQUE SOFTWARE 
  77.   HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

  79.   Use of this product for any period of time constitutes your acceptance of this agreement and 
  80. subjects you to its contents.

  82.   U.S. GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS 
  83.  
  84.   Use, duplication, or disclosure by the Government is subject to restrictions as set forth in 
  85. subdivision (b)(3)(ii) of the Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at 252.227-
  86. 7013.  Contractor/manufacturer is Opaque Software.
