  58. You may distribute the registered VBXes with your applications royalty-free.
  59. You may not disitrbute the registered VBXes without your application (except
  60. as an update for an already installed program).  Each developer should
  61. register this package for use on their machine.

  66. You can register this program by sending $90 and your address
  67. (international orders should send $92).  If you are a CompuServe member,
  68. you can register this in the Software Registration forum (GO SWREG).

  72. is $85.  Registrations done via the SWREG forum on CompuServe are

  80. Source code for this program is available for $190 ($195 for international
  81. orders).  A registered version of the control comes with the source code.
  82. So, you are automatically registered when you get the source code.

  131. Updates are free.  For minor releases (such as if I correct a 
  132. spelling mistake in this README file), you probably won't hear from
  133. me.  I'll be happy to send it to you anyway, if you ask for it.
  134. But, when a major release is made (lots of extra functionality
  135. bug fix, etc.), I will notify all registered users.  And, I'll make
  136. every attempt to properly update everyone.
