  3. TD.EXE is a Window's program which allows the user to change
  4. the time and date stamp on multiple files.  All changes can
  5. be accomplished using the mouse.  Changing the time and date
  6. stamp is a useful programming tool, allowing the programmer to
  7. keep track of release dates (date) and version numbers (time).
  8.  
  9. JGSTDS.ZIP contains the following files:
  10.  
  11. TD.EXE (The program file)
  12. MUSCLE.VBX (Place in a directory in your path)
  13. THREED.VBX (Place in a directory in your path)
  14. MASKTEXT.VBX (Place in a directory in your path)
  15. README.TXT (This explanatory file)

  18. The following file is REQUIRED to run TD.EXE, but not included
  19. in the ZIP file:

  21. VBRUN300.DLL (This is the Visual Basic 3.0 runtime library.  It
  22. is available on Compuserve and other bulletin boards.  Place in
  23. a directory in your path).

  26. Start TD.EXE as you would any other Windows program.  It can
  27. be placed in any program manager group you wish.

  29. There is an online help window which explains the program's
  30. operation.
