  3. Description:      Returns a TRUE if a file exists,
  4.                   FALSE if a file does not exist
  5.  
  6. Syntax:           ISFILE (filename)
  7.  
  8. Example:          
  9.                   If IsFile(CheckFile) = True Then
  10.                    Label1.Caption = CheckFile & " exists."
  11.                   Else
  12.                    Label1.Caption = CheckFile & " does not exist."
  13.                   End If
