- This file contains important information on how to register your
- copy of Code.Print for Visual Basic, Version 2.20.

- SUPPORT POLICY
-
- Non-Registered Users:
-
- Caladonia Systems, Inc. shall not be expected to provide automatic
- or other notification or provision of upgrades, fixes, modifications
- etc. to non-registered Code.Print for Visual Basic users. Caladonia
- Systems, Inc. shall not be obliged to provide technical support to
- non-registered users concerning the use or application of Code.Print
- for Visual Basic.

- Registered Users:

- Caladonia Systems, Inc. agrees to provide support to registered
- users by providing technical support, bug-fixes, enhancements, and
- minor upgrades for 1 year starting on the date of registration.

- Technical support may be obtained by registered users only, either
- by telephone, 8am to 5pm PST M-F, or by letter to Caladonia
- Systems, Inc. at the address given below. In addition, you may leave
- messages and request help via CompuServe (ID #70711,3300). When
- requesting technical support, please have, phone number, serial
- number and Code.Print for Visual Basic version number ready.

- REGISTRATION
-
- Registration of Code.Print for Visual Basic licenses you to use the
- product and entitles you to receive notification of bug-fixes,
- enhancements, extensions, upgrades etc. and product technical
- support relating to the use and application of Code.Print for Visual
- Basic.

- The registration fee is $42 per copy and licenses the use of the
- product by the registered user only. Note : Washington State
- residents must add 8.2% state sales tax.

- On registration, the user will receive a diskette with the most
- current serialized registered version of the program. This version
- does not contain the shareware reminder screen.

- Code.Print for Visual Basic currently does not have a user's manual.
- (None of our registered users have expressed a need or desire for
- one.) All information on the operation of Code.Print for Visual
- Basic is included in the on-line help system. Additional
- information is available in the README.TXT file included with the
- distribution disk.

- Code.Print for Visual Basic registration packet will be sent via
- first class mail or UPS after receipt of payment. (Receipt of
- payment is defined as 'funds deposited in bank.' Out of state
- checks will take five business days to clear.)

- As a registered user, you will be notified of major Code.Print
- for Visual Basic upgrades. You will be given the opportunity to
- acquire them at a preferred rate. For one year from the date of
- registration, registered users will be provided with minor upgrades
- and fixes free of charge.

- Technical Support will be available to registered users free of
- charge for one year from the date of registration.

- Registered users will have the opportunity to acquire additional
- products released by Caladonia Systems, Inc. at a discount rate.

- HOW TO REGISTER
-
- 1. Select "Registration Information" from the shareware notice
- screen menu.
-
- 2. Select "How to Order" from the pull down menu.
-
- 3. Fill out the first page of the order form (Ordered By and Ship To
- information)
-
- 4. Click on the "Next Page" command button.
-
- 5. Select the product, quantity, and disk preference.
-
- 6. Click on shipping option if the order is outside the US or
- Canada.
-
- 7. Click on "Calculate" to figure the total.
-
- 8. Fill out the payment method section.
-
- 9. Click on "Print" to print the order.
-
- 10. Enclose the completed order form with your payment and mail it to
- Caladonia Systems, Inc. (Address is on the form)

- Note: Purchase orders from qualified businesses or organizations and
- credit card orders can be accepted via fax.

- ORDERING FROM OUTSIDE THE US
-
- Orders are welcome from customers outside the US. Fees can be paid
- by the following methods:

- 1. A check drawn on a (US) bank in US dollars to Caladonia Systems,
- Inc.
-
- 2. International money order.
-
- 3. Credit Card
-
- Many customers outside the U.S. have received the fastest possible
- service by faxing their order form with credit card information to
- us directly. Faxes can be received 24 hours at (206) 285-5935.

- Customers outside the USA please add an additional $10 for shipping
- and handling.

- SITE LICENSING
-
- All corporate, business, government, education or other commercial
- users of Code.Print for Visual Basic must be registered. Site
- licenses are available. Please read the SITELICE.DOC file for
- details.
