  15.                The file server boots fine.  It loads IPX and NET3 at the
  16.                workstations.  The F: prompt is displayed.  As soon as the
  17.                customer tries to execute any DOS or NetWare command, the
  18.                workstation returns "Invalid Drive Specification".  Then he
  19.                looses his F: drive and can't get back to the network
  20.                without rebooting.

  22. SOLUTION:      He resolved this problem by starting over and reinstalling
  23.                NetWare.  He formatted the drive.  Then he went back into
  24.                NETGEN install.  He reinitialized and installed Hot Fix,
  25.                the operating system, the SYSTEM, and the PUBLIC files. 
  26.                After this the system came up alright and seemed to work
  27.                just fine.  He had already tried just reinstalling the
  28.                SYSTEM and the PUBLIC files.  It must have had something to
  29.                do with formatting the drive.
