  7. INFORMATION:   We had a customer who was trying to install a 420MB Compaq
  8.                disk subsystem.  She wanted to use Compaq's hardware level
  9.                mirroring and had Compaq help her set it up.  The problem
  10.                came when she went into NETGEN.  It would tell her the
  11.                system master table needed fixing so she did and it would
  12.                then give her 210MB instead of the 420MB.  The problem was
  13.                she had run COMPSURF on the drive, which Compaq had told her
  14.                not to do.  We set up the mirror through Compaq and then did
  15.                their format on it and it came right up.
