  7. PROBLEM:       A customer was using IBM 16/4 cards, NetWare 386 v3.0, 
  8.                LAN Support into a AS400, LANworks remote boot proms and
  9.                Windows 3.0 with multi-tasking.  Everything was fine until
  10.                he upgraded from 386 v3.0 to 386 v3.1.  After trying
  11.                different things he had to put his IBM RPL chips back in 
  12.                but this killed his window multi-tasking mode.

  14.                He called IBM and their answer was that the IBM RPL was 
  15.                not designed with Windows operation in mind and would not 
  16.                be supported now or in the future.

  18. SOLUTION:      Run v3.0 shells and drivers and the LANworks TRN RPLs.  
  19.                LANworks will release v3.1 support including source 
  20.                routing sometime in late September.
