  7. PROBLEM:       We had a customer with two plotters, an HP DraftMaster 
  8.                attached to a Compaq SystemPro and a Calcomp 1023 setup 
  9.                as a remote.  Both of these plotters would go off line 
  10.                when a file was sent to them, whether through the
  11.                application or printing a file.  He also had a PaintJet XL
  12.                that would cause the server to abend with the stack over
  13.                flow error by powering the printer on.

  15. SOLUTION:      We've heard of plotters not working well with Pserver 
  16.                and especially remotely; however, we sent him the newest
  17.                printing files (those that ship with NetWare 386 v3.1) and
  18.                all three problems were solved.
