  11.                What is early token release?  Normally, a node that sends 
  12.                a packet has to wait till the packet comes back around and 
  13.                then it strips the packet and makes a token and sends it 
  14.                out.  With early token release the node can make a new 
  15.                token and send it out without waiting for the one it sent 
  16.                to come back.  It doesn't mean that there can be more than 
  17.                one token on the ring at once because it can't.
