  6. PROBLEM:       There is a problem with mapping a search drive in a LOGIN 
  7.                script in 386 v3.0 and v3.1.

  9.                example:   map s3:=*1:

  11.                This MAP command will give a 8998 error in v3.0; however, it 
  12.                works fine in all previous versions of NetWare.  
  13.  
  14. SOLUTION:      This problem can be resolved by placing a period at the end 
  15.                of the MAP command.
