  8. GENERAL
  9. INFORMATION:  We would like to bring to your attention a growing problem. 
  10.               Our latest revision of the Coax board ("Coax-base" is the
  11.               nickname) fails to run in environments where our older style
  12.               1B board worked.
  13.  
  14.               These problems began several months ago.  However, as the
  15.               board is more thoroughly integrated into the market, we are
  16.               seeing more incompatibilities.  The boards appear to fail in
  17.               "offbeat" environments.  We see the failures in nonstandard 
  18.               Coax, off-brand multiplexors, etc.

  20.               However, because the 1B boards work in the very same
  21.               environment, we feel it is an incompatibility that should be
  22.               remedied.

  24.               We urgently request you to give us all Coax base board ERs. 
  25.               We want to also know details.  From each detailed environment
  26.               description, we will be able to either obtain that specific
  27.               equipment or travel to the site and run Coax traces.
  28.
