  5. GENERAL
  6. INFORMATION:  We received some clarifications concerning our support for 
  7.               downloadable fonts.  It seems to be a semantical problem. 
  8.               What do we mean by downloadable fonts?  If we strictly mean
  9.               sending control codes to the printer, which includes defining
  10.               (downloading) any font you want, then v2.1 fully supports 
  11.               downloadable fonts using PRINTDEF and PRINTCON.

  13.               However, if we mean allowing an application to have total
  14.               control of the NetWork printer with a printer language like
  15.               PostScript, then it isn't supported except with third party
  16.               software vendors.  PostScript can download fonts, but 
  17.               standard v2.1 NetWare won't be able to print PostScript 
  18.               generated documents. 
  19.
