  8. GENERAL INFORMATION  : There are problems with Thomas Conrad cards running in 
  9. conjunction with Windows 286.  A prom on the card needs to be upgraded and a 
  10. new driver is available from Thomas Conrad.  The above changes are needed only 
  11. when running Windows 286.  There are no problems running Windows 386 3.0 and 
  12. the 3.01 shells on Thomas Conrad cards.  Of course, if the cards are set to 
  13. IRQ 2 and/or D000, the appropriate configuration changes need to be made in the 
  14. System.ini file.

  16. A customer has reported that there MAY be problems running some Arcnet cards
  17. at I/O address of 2E0h or 2F0h.  Try 300h, 310h, or 350h instead.
