  6. GENERAL INFORMATION  :  There is a small oversight in the 386 v3.0 NE3200
  7. driver.  The problem occurs when you run ethernet_ii and 802.3 on the same
  8. line as the 386 3.0 server which is using an NE3200 card.  This can happen
  9. under two kinds of setups.  1) A 286 server with two ethernet cards in it both
  10. connected to the same cable and set to two different network addresses.  2)
  11. Two servers setup at different network addresses and one of them econfiged.
  12. The problem is that the driver for the NE3200 should filter out all of the
  13. packets that are the wrong type (802.3 or ethernet_II) and only allow the
  14. correct packets in. The NE3200 driver allows both types in which causes
  15. router errors.
