  8. GENERAL INFORMATION  : The f/s does not have to be downed everytime you make
  9. changes in pconsole:
  10.  
  11. If using PSERVER.VAP: You can run "PSERVER STOP" (or down it in pconsole,
  12. status), then run "PSERVER START". Pserver start will not ask for the print
  13. server name.  The vap will not be unloaded (the pserver will just be unloaded).

  15. If using PSERVER.NLM: Just unload the PSERVER.NLM & load it again.
  16.  
  17. If using PSERVER.EXE: you can down the print server from within PCONSOLE (go
  18. into PCONSOLE, select your print server, select printer server status/control,
  19. select server info, press enter on print server info/status, then select
  20. down). Your pserver machine is then logged out. You can login again and run
  21. PSERVER.EXE.
