  8. GENERAL INFORMATION  :   The 386 FLAG.EXE returns an error code to DOS even
  9.                          when it executes the flag command correctly.

  11.             PROBLEM  :   Assume the follow batch file:
  12.                            rem flag the menu.exe file sharable read-write
  13.                            flag menu.exe srw
  14.                            if errorlevel 1 goto fail
  15.                            echo FLAG PASSED.
  16.                            goto end
  17.                            :fail
  18.                            echo FLAG FAILED!!!
  19.                            :end
  20.                          This batch file should return an errorlevel of 0
  21.                          assuming menu.exe exists.  It fails.

  23.            SOLUTION  :   I used a 2.15 FLAG.EXE running the same batch file
  24.                          and it passed.
