  13. Symptom:      Macintosh users are sometimes not informed about failed 
  14.               print jobs.
  15.  
  16. Problem:      If a Macintosh user prints to an ATPS print queue when there 
  17.               is no available disk space on the server, or if the printer 
  18.               is turned off while receiving a print job from ATPS, that 
  19.               print job fails.  In both cases, an error message displays 
  20.               on the console, but the Macintosh user is not informed.

  23. Workaround:   At this time there is no workaround for the Mac workstations.
