  13. Symptom:      In Single Trustee Mode, the AFP Make Changes right is 
  14.               interpreted inconsistently.  If a user is granted the Make 
  15.               Changes right in a folder, then that user has the NetWare 
  16.               Write-Erase-Create-Modify group of rights.  However, if a 
  17.               group or Everyone is granted the Make Changes right, users 
  18.               are granted only the NetWare Create right (corresponding to 
  19.               the drop-box folder) unless See Folders and/or See Files 
  20.               were also granted to the group or Everyone.

  22. Problem:      Software problem in the AFP NLM.

  24. Solution or 
  25. Workaround:   To correct this situation, assign both See Folders and See 
  26.               Files when you assign Make Changes to a group or to Everyone.
