  13. Symptom:      DOS icons are sometimes lost when a Macintosh user renames a 
  14.               DOS file or application (or a file or application from 
  15.               another non-Macintosh name space such as UNIX).  No damage 
  16.               is done, but users might be confused by the loss of the icon.
