  6. PROBLEM:       A customer, running NetWare 386 v3.1, could not get to the
  7.                System 36.  He was running IBM Token-Ring with the LANSUP
  8.                driver, Lan Support, and StartRouter.  He could not get to
  9.                the System 36 on the ring.  
  10.  
  11. SOLUTION:      We had him check which modules were loaded.  He had CLIB,
  12.                NMAGENT, etc. and TOKENRPL.  We had him run ROUTE.NLM and it
  13.                worked.
