  14. PROBLEM:       When the operating system is loading, the file server would
  15.                hang with this error: 
  16.  
  17.                Abend: Invalid op-code running process DISK  
  18.  
  19. SOLUTION:      Change the Default DMA Channel 5 to DMA Channel 0.  This is
  20.                accomplished by jumpers on the Adaptec controller.  There is
  21.                a new ASWNOLV.OBJ (dated 01/05/90) available from Adaptec
  22.                that might also resolve issue, but this is not confirmed.
