  6. PROBLEM:       A customer was getting a "Signature not found" error running
  7.                an SMC PS110 in an IBM PS/2 Model 80 under NetWare 286
  8.                v2.15.  We determined they had a conflict with the VGA
  9.                memory address and had them choose another option.  The file
  10.                server then came up and we loaded monitor and everything
  11.                seemed fine until we tried logging in from an IBM PS/2 Model
  12.                25 workstation.  We kept getting "File server not found"
  13.                errors and suspected conflicts with the SMC 130e at the
  14.                workstation.

  16. SOLUTION:      After fruitless time spent trying to resolve the issue, we
  17.                had them go back to the file server and type "CONFIG" and
  18.                compare the information with what the IBM Reference was
  19.                saying.  Surprisingly, the OS was configured for IRQ 2 and
  20.                reference was indicating the card at IRQ 3.  We then made
  21.                the appropriate change to the OS and all was well.
