  6. PROBLEM:       A customer was upgrading from NetWare 386 v3.0 to v3.1. When
  7.                trying to copy system and public files with INSTALL, they
  8.                received the following error message:

  10.                Cannot write to file A:*.*
  11.  
  12. SOLUTION:      There was no free space left on SYS volume.  Free up more
  13.                space on SYS and run INSTALL again.  Unfortunately, this
  14.                error is not descriptive of what is really happening.  This
  15.                problem has been reported to Engineering.
