  6. PROBLEM:       A customer was installing a NetWare 386 v3.1 file server on
  7.                the same internet as his NetWare 286 v2.12 file server.  He
  8.                had a NetWare 386 v3.0 file server that worked fine, but as
  9.                soon as he went to v3.1 he couldn't attach to the v3.1 file 
  10.                server from the v2.12 file server.  He could use LOGIN, but
  11.                ATTACH wouldn't work.  It would ask for a password but then
  12.                it would deny access to the v3.1 file server.

  14. SOLUTION:      He copied the v3.1 ATTACH.EXE to the v2.12 file server and
  15.                that allowed him to attach to the v3.1 file server from the
  16.                v2.12 file server.
