  6. PROBLEM:       We had a customer who needed to install an accounting
  7.                database to the root drive.  The install batch file required
  8.                it to be C:.

  10. SOLUTION:      The customer typed MAP ROOT C:=SYS:DUMMY.  This established
  11.                the root directory.  After he changed to this directory, he
  12.                was able to run his batch file and everything installed
  13.                correctly.
