  7. INFORMATION:   When using SETPASS with the current releases of NetWare 286
  8.                and 386 to change your password and you hit <enter> at the
  9.                "Enter your old password" prompt, it will let you change
  10.                your password with no error message.  This is only true if
  11.                you are a supervisor or equivalent.  Other users will get
  12.                the error "Access denied, password not changed".  This is a
  13.                feature of NetWare that allows the supervisors the ability
  14.                to change their password without having to know what the old
  15.                password was.
