  6. PROBLEM:       We have a customer who says that the Lotus INSTALL wiped out
  7.                his spooled printers. 
  8.  
  9. SOLUTION:      If they ran the hard disk INSTALL, they may have wiped out
  10.                much more than that.  We worked with a customer who ran
  11.                their INSTALL.  It created a 24MB hidden file on the network
  12.                that could not be deleted.  The only thing they could do was
  13.                to COMPSURF and re-install.
