  7. INFORMATION:   We just had a phone call from a customer who said he talked
  8.                to two different technicians that told him that he could
  9. downgrade
  10.                from ELS II v2.15 to Advanced 2.0a. 
  11.   
  12.                This is incorrect for the following reasons: 
  13.   
  14.                1) Advanced v2.0a doesn't have Hot Fix.
  15.   
  16.                2) The binderies are different.
  17.   
  18.                3) Trustee assignments are set up differently in the
  19.                subdirectory headers.
  20.
