  6. PROBLEM:       There is an IBM DOS problem when installing over two
  7.                embedded SCSI drives on a SCSI adapter.  Only the first two
  8.                drives are accessible unless a special version of IBM's DOS
  9.                is used to boot the machine.

  11. SOLUTION:      IBM has a fix for this.  It is called the "Corrective
  12.                Service Diskette for DOS 4.01".
