  6. PROBLEM:       Using the following configuration:

  8.                1.  An ELS I v2.12a nondedicated file server 
  9.                2.  All NE1000 adapters
  10.                3.  SBT accounting software (written in FoxBase) 
  11.   
  12.                Upon exiting SBT software at the workstation, the file
  13.                server hard disk blinks a couple of times and then the
  14.                following message comes up:  "Error Receiving from Network". 
  15.                It seems to be a communication problem, but it only occurs
  16.                with SBT software. 
  17.  
  18. SOLUTION:      The customer exchanged the NE1000 adapter on the file server
  19.                with an NE2000 and the error went away.
  20.
