  6. PROBLEM:       A customer was receiving a GPI error at file server when
  7.                running FCONSOLE disk statistics.  Also, running DISK at the
  8.                console would send the file server a GPI error.
  9.  
  10.                Configuration: IBM PS/2 Model 80
  11.                               Two regular Token-Ring adapters
  12.                               Two 380MB ESDI drives 
  13.                               Running NetWare 2.15c.
  14.                               The file server has three file service
  15.                               processes (FSPs).

  17.                This site had several other file servers with the same
  18.                configuration that had four FSPs.  We had the customer run
  19.                the PROCES.ARC patch and that did not seem to work.  He went
  20.                into NETGEN and found that Hot Fix was not set up properly;
  21.                the logical size was the same as the physical.  He made the
  22.                logical size smaller to increase the Hot Fix area.  This
  23.                seemed to take care of the problem.  FCONSOLE and the
  24.                console DISK command works fine now.

  26. SOLUTION:      Set up Hot Fix correctly, so that the logical size is
  27.                smaller than physical size of the drive.
