- PROBLEM: We had a customer that was running NetWare 386 and all of a
- sudden the file server utilization went to 100% and no one
- on the workstations were able to do anything on the file
- server. The file server created a spooler directory in the
- SYS: system directory and was dumping file after file into
- the directory. All they could do was down the file server
- and shut it off.
-
- SOLUTION: They found that the file server had been contaminated with
- the Jerusalem B virus and once it was cleaned off the file
- server, everything was fine.
