  6. PROBLEM:       A problem has been reported with ELS I v2.12 and NET4 when
  7.                using IBM's PS/2 tape backup hardware and software.
  8.  
  9.                A customer was using ELS I v2.12, an NE/2 adapter, an IBM
  10.                Model 70, IBM internal tape backup hardware, and IBM's PS/2
  11.                tape backup software.
  12.  
  13.                The customer was trying to run the hardware and software on
  14.                the nondedicated file server/workstation.  When the customer
  15.                ran the tape backup software, it immediately hung the
  16.                machine without an error message. The customer had to cold
  17.                boot.

  19. SOLUTION:      The NET4 in ELS I v2.12 is v2.15c.  He tried a v2.12 NET4
  20.                and it worked.
