  6. PROBLEM:       Using NetWare 286 (ELS I and II, Advanced, and SFT):
  7.  
  8.                If you down an operating system using the ISADISK driver
  9.                v2.04 with open files and halt the network with I/O Pending
  10.                around 10 (plus or minus 2 or 3), the server will display
  11.                the message "General protection Interrupt" (GPI).  Then,
  12.                when you bring the server back up, you will get FAT "data
  13.                mirror mismatch" errors.  
  14.  
  15. SOLUTION:      These errors are not fatal and can be corrected by the
  16.                system or by running VREPAIR.  Higher and lower I/O Pending
  17.                counts will not cause GPIs and FAT errors; the system closes
  18.                the files before halting.  Although not critical, this may
  19.                cause problems when using a UPS.  It has been reported to
  20.                Engineering.

  22.                Note:  Only v2.04 of the ISADISK was tested but this may
  23.                also occur with earlier versions of ISADISK (or ATDISK).
