  11. PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: 
  12. Access Server hangs, the keyboard locks up and a reboot is required. 
  13.  
  14. RESOLUTION: 
  15. 1)  Check for cable breaks and/or configuration errors. 
  16.  
  17. 2)  Some Terminate and Stay Resident (TSR) programs are incompatible with
  18. Access Server.  If a TSR is being used which is not certified in "Rules of
  19. Thumb" the TSR should be removed to see if it is the cause of the problem. 
  20.  
  21. 3) If Access Server is configured to keep a log, the log is saved in a 24K
  22. file named NASAUDIT.  NASAUDIT is updated each time a remote user makes a
  23. connection to the Access Server.  Access Server will lock up when trying to
  24. update a full NASAUDIT file.  To overcome this problem:
  25.      a. Delete entries from the NASAUDIT file that are no longer needed.  
  26.      b. Disable NASAUDIT in Access Server's NASGEN program if call logging
  27.      is not required.
