- Type "SFC" on both computers, or

- Type "SFC M" followed by <ENTER> on one computer, and
- Type "SFC S" followed by <ENTER> on the other.

- CONNECT MENU

- o CONNECT - Establish communications & displays command menu.
- o SET BAUD - Select baud rate ( 38400 is shareware default ).
- o SET COM PORT - Select COM1 ( default ) to COM4.
- o SET LPT PORT - Select printer for remote printing.
- o B&W or COLOR - Selects B&W or color ( after Saving Config & restarting )
- o TOGGLE FLAGS - Selects flags menu below.
- o SAVE CONFIG - Save current configuration.
- o QUIT - Returns to MSDOS.

- COMMAND MENU -- Use <ESC> to abort.

- o QUIT - Returns to MSDOS.
- o SET DRIVE - Select drive. Always choose after changing diskettes.
- o SET PATH - Select path. Path always starts with a backslash.
- o DIRECTORY - Display directory as specified by drive and path above.
- Accepts wildcards.
- o SEND FILES - Selects file(s) to send. Accepts wildcards. Use spacebar
- to stop sending files selected by wildcards.
- o TOGGLE FLAGS - Selects flags menu below.
- o DOS SHELL - Loads DOS shell. Use EXIT to return to SFC

- FLAGS MENU -- Toggle each menu item ON or OFF

- o ARCHIVE - If ON, copies files with ARCHIVE bit set only.
- o ASK USER - If ON, asks user for permission before sending files.
- o CHECK DATE - If ON, skips sending file if time and date of
- destination file is more recent.
- o ENABLE DIR - If OFF, ignores all subdirectories.
- o ENABLE R/O - If ON, allows coping of Read Only files.

- o Ctrl Break - Use to break out of SFC if it hangs.
