  1. This is a very comprehensive and easy to use Logitech Mouse menu for PCTOOLS 
  2. Deluxe 4.11, but it could be used with other versions before the emergence of 
  3. PCSHELL.

  5. To use the mouse menu, just press the middle mouse button at any time to bring
  6. up the appropriate menu. The only time there is no applicable menu is when a
  7. filename must be entered or when the only options are those assigned to a mouse
  8. chord or button (such as ESCAPE). Any other time the MOUSE HELP menu will
  9. be displayed in lieu of a workable menu. This mouse menu goes into every crack
  10. and crevice of PCtools 4.11. Just follow a path and hit the middle button.

  12. The way I install a menu is by running a program from a BATCH file and adding
  13. the line

  15. Logimenu Tools

  17. before then program execution line. Now, if you have an older version of the
  18. MOUSE software, then the command will be simply MENU TOOLS. And you may need
  19. to ad the /20 switch in your AUTOEXEC.BAT like so LOGIMENU /20, or MENU /20
  20. depending on your version so that you may have a larger menu. But this may
  21. not be necessary. In fact, I've only seen it needed a couple of times.

  23. A brief summary of Mouse buttons...
  24.      Left Button = Enter <cr>
  25.      Middle Button = menu execution
  26.      Right Button = F10 (for toggling between disk and file procedures)
  27.      Left and middle chord = PageUp
  28.      Right and middle chord = PageDown
  29.      Left and Right chord = Mouse Help (at any time)
  30.      All buttons = ESCAPE

  32. I have matched the colors with those of PCtools, but the source is included
  33. so you may change them to your preference. Just refer to your Logitech Manual
  34. or ask a friend who may know how to change the colors and recompile the menu.

  36. I suggest that if you aren't familiar with Logitech Menu format that you leave
  37. the default file alone, or at least back it up before making changes.

  39. Anyway, this menu should speed up your PCtools usage by quite a bit. And of 
  40. course, no registration is required, but if you find this program useful, a
